Our strategic ability and knowledge of the market allows us to narrow the field down to a short list of candidates, from which you can hire your final candidate, typically in 75 to 100 calls or less. This considerably shortens cycle times in the search process. In fact, in most of our searches, we get to the candidate acceptance phase within 90 days of beginning the assignment or less.

Consulting

We are more than just a search firm. As stated in our name, we offer consulting services beyond executive search and placement. Working exclusively within the top echelons of our client organizations, we help to analyze human capital needs and costs, devise performance measurement systems and more – all to ensure that business goals can be met or exceeded. As an example, we worked with one company during its startup and development period, advising our clients on the optimal job structure and competitive compensation parameters required to attract and retain superior human capital talent for various positions.

Risk Sharing

We build in performance metrics tied to our compensation to ensure you receive performance from us that is satisfactory to you.  While conforming to the professional standards and practices of the retained executive search industry, we structure our fees in a way that protects you from substantial out-of-pocket expense until you have seen tangible results. We do not bill a second retainer until we provide you with candidates that you deem appropriate to interview. And we do not bill a significant portion of our fee until the search is successfully completed.
