In serving our clients, Hampton Consulting embodies and conforms to the highest standards of practice as expressed by The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), and the International Association of Corporate & Professional Recruitment (IACPR).

  • Confidentiality – respect confidential information shared by clients and candidates.
  • Loyalty – serve clients loyally and protect client interests when performing assignments.
